This is a panel from the Octobriana story written by Trina Robbins and drawn by Karen Ellis for Womanthology: Heroic, a collection of comics and essays created entirely by women. Publication date to be confirmed.

Very nice! I don’t know much about her, but is Octobriana actually lefthanded?
The original source material depicts her wielding weapons in either hand, but she’s a mythical figure. It would be pointless to try and impose some sort of continuity on all the different Octobriana stories.
You could just say she’s ambidextrous and avoid any problems with continuity…and add to her awesomeness…
Very nice rendition of her. It has a very Will Eisner look and feel to it, and I don’t hand that compliment out lightly!
